SleeproMattress Trial Terms & Conditions

  1. The 30 days trial period starts on the day of delivery. For example, 1st Jan received the delivery, 30th Jan will be the end of the Trial. From 31st Jan, return and refund will not be accepted.
  2. The 30 days trial period is only available in Hong Kong.
  3. To apply the return and refund during the trial period, a valid proof of order (orginal invoice or confirmation email) is required. Please contact our customer service directly to arrange the exchange or return within the 30 days trial period. You will receive a refund within 14 working days of pickup.
  4. Please keep all the plastic wrap (in total of 3 pcs) when return. After exchange or return, you can no longer enjoy the Package Recycle Promotion. For further details, please refer to Package Recycle Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  5. The returned mattress should be in good condition and should not suffer any damages or stain. Refunds or exchanges may not be granted if the returned mattress is found to be used, damaged, affected by mould, stains, smells or bed bugs etc. arising from poor mattress care or external environment conditions.
  6. Every customers can only request for return and refund once. One delivery address can only return one mattress. The 30 days trial will no longer valid once return before. We will verify the customer name, delivery address, contact number and email address.
  7. Return and refund is not valid for Consumer Voucher Scheme. Customers can only exchange same product value items (base on regular price) in the same shop.
  8. Delivery charge is included for return. Extra special shipment surcharge is not include is this case. For special shipment surcharge, please refer to the Delivery Policy in our website.
  9. Ifyou have receive a promotional gift along with your mattress purchase, the giftshall be returned as well. If the gift is opened or used, we will deduct theoriginal cost from the refund. Promotional gift cannot be refund.
  1. If you wish to change the size of the mattress, we will charge the extra cost difference if the mattress is larger than the original order. If the size is smaller, the cost difference will be compensated with original price items in our shop.
  2. All tailor-made mattress will not provide any trial service, refund and exchange.
  3. Department store, promotion events and promotion booths order will not provide the trial service, refund and exchange
